Blinchiki (Russian crepes)

Note to easy crepe recipe cookbook: regardless of in what country you reside, most likely you have tried crepes. Yes, they even might have a different name (like blinchiki for Russian crepes), but the our blog will allow you to enjoy the taste of crepes!

Traditionally, blinchiki are stuffed with various ingredients, including meat, caviar or jams (especially those that come from the Irvington family’s plum or sour cherry trees); they’re usually topped with sour cream.
